Specialist Interventional Radiology Services welcomes new referrals from GPs and other specialists, and enquiries.

 

Please complete the referral form or enquiry form below, including

 

• The clinical condition and/or procedure

• Past medical history

• Imaging and blood test results

• Records of consultations with other doctors and specialists

 

Please refer to the individual conditions and procedures under the Clinical Services menu for specific imaging and blood tests to include. If the tests have not yet been performed, this can be performed or arranged by our Interventional Radiologists during your appointment with us.

 

If the Interventional Radiology (IR) condition or procedure is not listed on this website, it may still be offered by our specialist Interventional Radiologists (IRs). Please submit an enquiry and we will advise you as to whether it can be managed by our team.
